١-رفض الهيئة تخفيض المبلغ إلى عشرة مليون دينار .
٢- تأخيرات إدارية بسبب إخلاء بناية المصرف الرئيسية، بسبب إنذار بإحتمالية سقوط المبنى .
لكن يبقى السبب الأول هو الأساسي، واعتذر منكم شخصياً تاج راسي .
